I downloaded and installed it and it worked great right out of the box, WIFI, sound, video driver, everything worked.īest of all, my system is fast again, amazingly fast! I would like to thank the Linux Lite team for making such a great OS, it's amazing! Needed an OS that wouldn't slow my machine down. My older laptop was getting slow after upgrading to Windows 10, I really I found a Linux Lite video on YouTube ebuzz central, and after watching it, I was sold. But it's not that convenient for Chinese users, it cannot fully support some input methods like hime. It's a good choice for those who use old pc. The work that goes into each release is apparent and appreciated. It's simple approach is presented in a way that isĮasy to use for everyone. I've been using Linux Lite since 2017 and it is my number one recommendation for computer users both new and experienced. The moment when my laptop started performing very fast, I realised Windows is slowing my laptop.
Linux Lite is really user friendly and very fast. My 4 year old laptop faced a problem of video decoding in Windows due to high usage of CPU. In my opinion as a software engineer and a Linux lover, it's THE BEST DISTRO! Easy to use, Light-weight, Windows-like! Please keep updating it ♥ I applaud the good work of the developers and maintainers of this distribution and urge them to keep up the good work. I am in love with the reducedīoot-up time of my machine and with the overall experience I had so far.
