The overall gameplan is probably already pretty clear - You give your opponent a poison counter and cast a bunch of spells to proliferate them up to 10. At the very top of the curve, we have four Vivisurgeon's Insight to help refuel the hand in the later game and/or proliferate those last few counters needed to close out a game.
It digs three cards deep and lets you choose one and put it into your hand, then proliferate. This is more of a card draw spell with a poison counter stapled onto it but it is great nonetheless. Secondly, Infectious Inquiry serves a similar role but is a little slower and comes at sorcery speed. Many of them also draw cards as well, which allows them to be chained together quite easily. The deck plays a total of 16 cards from ONE - Each one directly gives opponents poison counters, proliferates, or both.
